Every archive we prepare follows the same disciplined sequence — adapted to your wallet count, transaction volume, and material quality. Transparency about our process helps you prepare materials and set realistic expectations.

Archivist reviewing ledger pages

Initial Inquiry & Scope Definition

You submit a contact form or call our Jeonju office. We ask about wallet types, approximate transaction count, reporting period, and the condition of your existing records. Within two business days, you receive a written scope summary and firm quote.

Secure Material Collection

After deposit payment, we schedule an intake session. You provide export files, exchange statements, and handwritten notes via encrypted upload, in-person handoff, or secure courier. We never request seed phrases or private keys.

Reconciliation & Draft Review

Our archivists cross-reference your materials against on-chain data. Ambiguous entries are flagged for your confirmation. You receive a draft PDF for review before any binding or final media preparation.

Compilation & Quality Check

Approved entries are formatted into the final ledger layout. A second team member verifies totals, checksums, and page sequence. USB archives are encrypted and checksum-verified.

Binding & Delivery

Printed volumes are bound with archival-quality materials. You choose in-office pickup or secure courier delivery. Balance payment is collected before release. A summary letter accompanies every delivery.

Typical Timeline

Standard archives complete in four to six weeks from material receipt. Rush requests are available at a surcharge. Integrity reviews typically finish in two weeks.
