Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to archive preparation services commissioned from Webcypresshub Co., Ltd. All prices are quoted in Korean Won unless otherwise stated.

Deposit and Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. You may cancel before compilation starts and receive a full deposit refund within ten business days. Once our archivists begin reconciling your materials, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund of all amounts paid (including deposit) is available if we are unable to commence work within thirty days of confirmed payment due to circumstances on our side.

Partial Refund Eligibility

If you cancel after compilation has started but before draft delivery, we refund any portion of the deposit not yet earned, calculated based on hours worked at our standard hourly rate of ₩80,000.

If you reject a completed draft due to errors on our part — factual inaccuracies in transaction data we compiled — we will correct the archive at no charge. If corrections are not possible, a partial or full refund will be offered proportional to the deficiency.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or incurred:

• Completed and delivered archive volumes
• Rush delivery surcharges after work has begun
• Secure courier fees
• Third-party costs (binding, USB media, notarization) already incurred on your behalf

No-Shows and Rescheduling

Intake sessions missed without twenty-four hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. A second no-show forfeits the scheduling slot; a ₩50,000 rebooking fee applies.

Work Already Started

If you terminate a project after draft delivery, no refund is available for work completed. You may request delivery of work-in-progress materials at our discretion.

Purchased Materials

Physical materials (bound volumes, USB drives) prepared specifically for your archive are non-refundable once shipped or collected, as they cannot be resold.

Refund Process

Submit refund requests to hello@webcypresshub.click with your name, project reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
