Who This Archive Is For

The Annual Ledger Archive serves investors who hold cryptocurrency in cold storage and make fewer than a dozen movements per year. You may have one hardware wallet, a multisig setup, or a combination of self-custody and a single exchange account. What you share is a need for a definitive, offline record of every inflow, outflow, and internal transfer during a calendar year.

What We Deliver

Your archive includes a bound printed ledger with chronological entries, a summary cover letter describing methodology, and a USB drive containing the same data in CSV and PDF formats with SHA-256 checksum verification. Each entry lists date, asset, amount, counterparty address (truncated for readability), transaction hash, and your own notes where provided.

Scope and Process

We begin with an intake session — in person at our Jeonju office or via encrypted video call — where you share export files, handwritten notes, and any exchange statements. Our archivists reconcile discrepancies, flag ambiguous transfers for your confirmation, and compile the ledger. You review a draft before final binding.

Preparation

Gather export files from your wallets and exchanges, any handwritten transaction logs, and a list of addresses you control. If you use a passphrase or label scheme, bring a written key — we never request seed phrases or private keys.
