2. Services Description

Webcypresshub provides offline wallet transaction archive preparation, movement documentation, and archive integrity review services. We compile records based on materials you supply. We do not provide investment advice, tax filing, legal counsel, custody, or key recovery services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete source materials. You must not submit seed phrases, private keys, or credentials that would grant access to your funds. You warrant that you have the legal right to document the wallets and transactions you submit.

4. Intellectual Property

Archive deliverables prepared specifically for you become your property upon full payment. Our website content, templates, methodologies, and branding remain the property of Webcypresshub Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary formats without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Quotes are valid for thirty days. A 50% deposit is required to commence work. Final payment is due before delivery of completed archives. Late payments may result in withholding of deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our archives are prepared based on materials you provide and publicly available blockchain data. We do not guarantee that archives will satisfy any specific regulatory, tax, or legal requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client materials as confidential. We do not disclose wallet addresses, transaction details, or personal information to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

8. Website Use

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeonju, South Korea.
